The Village at Lakeshore Crossings

     The Village at Lakeshore Crossings is a luxury apartment community located close to downtown Birmingham, AL. The complex was built in 2013 and has 264 units and an array of amenities such as tennis courts and a poolside, stacked stone firepit.

 

     Renta ULD provided master planning, landscape architecture, and irrigation design services for this development with Stoneriver Company.

 

     The complex is surrounded by lush landscapes, greenspaces with walking trails. Red Mountain Park, an urban green-space that is 40 times larger than New York City's Central Park, is within walking distance.

 

     The Village at Lakeshore Crossings was awarded the 2015 Beautification Award by the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association, and Elite 1% Online Reputation Assessment in 2017.
